Distinction Property Services Ltd, a recommended installer of Kellaway Bathrooms has scooped a prestigious Master Builder of the Year Award, taking the prize for Most Heavenly Builder in the South West of England.

The Master Builder of the Year Awards, a nationwide search by the Federation of Master Builders to find the best builders in Britain, tests each entrant’s technical ability together with their customer service skills. The Awards are unique, as every entrant must be nominated by a satisfied customer.
Gareth Guiver of Distinction beat hundreds of other firms to claim the South West’s Most Heavenly Builder prize and will now go through to compete in the national Master Builder of the Year Awards. The winners of the national Awards will be announced by presenter of C4 Grand Designs Trade Secrets Naomi Cleaver at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, on Thursday November 13th 2008.
The Portishead based company has developed a strong working relationship with Kellaway Bathrooms over many years, whereby Kellaway Bathrooms refer Distinction Property Services as one of their recommended installation companies. The relationship has worked so well that Kellaway and Distinction have between them supplied and installed over seven bathrooms in the same street in Bristol!
